All Flowers Of Islington Products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for delivery only within our "delivery zones". Please check that the delivery address is within our "delivery zone" before you confirm your order. Free delivery will only be applied to orders over £30 that are within 'Delivery Zone 1'. Orders for 'Delivery Zone 2' will have a £5 delivery charge applied. Please see our "Delivery Info" page for more details.
Flowers Of Islington Products may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.
All Flowers Of Islington Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Flowers Of Islington Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply the Flowers Of Islington Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Prices listed within the Flowers Of Islington Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your purchase form.
Prices include VAT. If there is a delivery charge it will be added to the total price before checkout.

Flowers Of Islington will add a delivery charge of £5 to orders under £30. There will be an additional delivery charge for orders outside of 'Delivery Zone 1' that appear in 'Delivery Zone 2'. Flowers Of Islington will only deliver to postcodes on our checkout page list. If you require delivery to a postcode not in our range then please telephone the shop and speak to one of our trained staff.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Flowers Of Islington does not deliver on Sundays except for Special Occasions such as Mothers Day. You will be able to choose your delivery date on the checkout page, in the event that you would like a delivery to take place on a date not specified then please telephone us to place the order.

Because of the perishable nature of Flowers Of Islington Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms Of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Returns, refunds and Cancellations
Returns will only be accepted if the Flowers arrive damaged. We make sure that all of our flowers have plenty of life in them when they leave the shop and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are placed in water (if necessary) upon delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for the flowers once they have been delivered and accepted.
Refunds will only be permitted in the unlikely case that flowers are not delivered or are delivered late.
Cancellations can only be made before the flowers have been despatched. Once the flowers are en route to delivery we cannot cancel the order.
